I like anything that creates leveraged income.
I still believe digital real estate is the play for most people. It's just a faster vehicle imo.
But I'm not mad at this airbnb model tho! It can def work imo!
But just keep in mind. In any business you want to have competitive advantage in the market place.
In Airbnb its bit challenging to have that edge. In local lead generation you can have so much unfair advantage, THIS is what I love about digital real estate / lead gen!
