We do a Christmas live every year where Dan gives away tons of free gifts to the students.
This year was no different. With over 4000 comments after the live, it was a lot of fun.
Alot of people after they join, value the camaraderie in our group as the number 1 thing they love about our program.
The various leaders you see in this video play various roles in supporting our students. Some are providing tech support, while others are leaders for teams, & some are building stuff behind the scenes.
Teams is a new thing this year that students love. You get into smaller groups of 10-20 students that you have weekly meetings with. This keeps students more accountable and taking action.
Dan is the main leader though that you're getting weekly coaching from. He truly sets the standard high for all the leaders & students.
Its not always about the information. Its the personal coaching, accountability & community that sometimes makes the biggest impact.
We are all pushing each other weekly like this.
