Today I have $52K per month in passive income because I learned how to build a local lead generation business, basically building & ranking websites in Google's search engine that generate leads or phone calls for small businesses.
IMO this is a way simpler business than amazon fba, dropshipping, affiliate marketing & social media agency.
This business model is how I was able to quit my 9 to 5, we have a coaching program with 7000 students.
