Here is a question from Ken Borino answers: A bit of a disappointment this week. Made over 100 calls, multiple door knocks and nothing. On calling, the only ones that answered, a) relisted, b) was the wrong number (I did appreciate the few that called me back and let me know it was a wrong number so I can make a note) or c) no answer. All visits, 1 sold house to a friend, 2 decided they like the neighborhood and don't want to move, if they did, would be same neighborhood but noting available. The others that were home, were renting and did it through an agent so don't know owner and rest weren't home, either vacant or just not home. Weird thing is I even went yesterday evening and out till 9pm and nothing. I thought for sure folks would be home preparing for today. I know this happens and it's part of the routine, but darn skippy, never did this much without a result. I will add, everyone I did meet was extremely nice, which was cool.
